CONVENIENCE SERVICE
1. Please schedule appointment 24hrs in advance or by 4:00pm previous day.
2. Employee makes appointment either by calling Toyota of the Black Hills 605-342-2490 or Rochelle’s work cell 605-939-5587 or online @ toyotaoftheblackhills.com and click on Service Scheduler tab located on the home page. The online service scheduler is available 24/7. Participating companies are listed please indicate which one you work for.
3. Employee fills out Service Convenience envelope and leaves it at the front desk or valet service (Toyota provides the envelope & service information).
4. Toyota of the Black Hills will pick up vehicles in between 9:00am – 10:00am Monday thru Friday and we will deliver the vehicle in between 3:00pm – 4:00pm Monday thru Friday. Please make note on the envelope how you would like to pay. The envelopes will be left at the front desk or valet service with a receipt, keys and copy of the work completed.
